Nuko is a focus timer with a pixel pet. We built it so that your data stays with you.

What we collect

Nothing. Nuko has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The app does not send your data to us or to anyone else, and we have no servers that store it.

What stays on your device

Your game: your pets, stars, timer history, tasks, mood journal and notes, settings.
Steps: when you start a walk, Nuko reads your step count from the iPhone's motion sensor (Motion & Fitness) to count the steps of that walk. Steps are used only inside the app.
Notifications: reminders, for example that the timer has finished or your pet is hungry, are scheduled on your iPhone. You can turn them off in the app's settings or in iOS Settings.

iCloud

If iCloud is on, Nuko keeps a copy of your game in your own iCloud account, so your game carries over to your other iPhones or a new one. This copy belongs to your Apple Account; we cannot see it. You can turn iCloud sync off in the app's settings.

Purchases

Nuko Plus and star packs are bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Nuko is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove everything stored on your device. To remove the iCloud copy, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage and delete the data for Nuko.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
